Sales Department

Your journey will most likely begin with our dedicated Sales Department, who will assist you in choosing the perfect bespoke glass product tailored to your needs, whether it's the colour, design, shape or size perfectly fitting your budget and your desire. Our sales team are available to share their extensive knowledge of all our product ranges with you, either over the phone or in person at our CreoGlass Design Showroom. After you have decided on the type of product you want to go ahead with, our Sales Team will provide you with a rough estimate based on the dimensions you have provided. Next, you will be booked in with our Survey Team, who will come and measure your kitchen to millimetre perfection. You’ll then be assigned a dedicated Project Manager, who will be with you every step of the way.

Project Management Team

Your assigned Project Manager will work hand in hand with you after you decide on the product you love. They will work alongside the Workshop Team so they’re constantly updated on your project and will communicate with you throughout to ensure you know exactly how your project is getting along.

Survey and Installation Team (Measuring, Templating and Installing)

Our Survey Team will come equipped with the newest technology to ensure your measurements are made to millimetre perfection and no mistakes are made. We use the Prodim Proliner, the most accurate Digital measuring tool for precision measuring, eliminating human errors. Then, your accurate measurements will be used to create a template so the graphic designer and production team can begin crafting your bespoke glass product. After this stage is complete, your Project Manager will arrange a date with you for the Survey and Installation team to return to fit your exclusive CreoGlass product. These teams have over 5 years of experience, specifically in installing Splashbacks & Worktops so they are more than capable of dealing with any unexpected bumps in the road.

Graphic Design Department

Our Graphic Designer will work with your templates and designs to produce in situ designs showing you how your product will look after it has been installed. They’ll work with you to create and tweak your designs, such as the colours and size, so ensure the artwork is just how you like it before the Workshop Team goes ahead with the production process. All our Printed and Stencilled Splashbacks include our Graphic Designer to ensure everything is perfect before the printing goes ahead. To assist our Graphic Designers in preparing a Printed Design for you, we ask that you choose a design from our Printed Brochure, provide your own high-resolution image that isn’t copyrighted or provide them with a code from Adobe Stock.

Workshop Team

Our highly skilled Workshop Team will take care to ensure your design is created perfectly. This involves printing, hand-layering techniques, spraying any colours and sparkles, mirroring techniques, stencilling, and prepping and toughening your products with foil backings.

Factory Showroom

Come and visit us in Our Showroom in Watford! Our team is always happy to show you our extensive sample range for all of our different products and a huge range of different colour shades, effects, patterns, and video and picture examples. Our showroom is open 8 am-5 pm Monday to Friday, with booking appointments available on Saturdays.
