We do not mass-produce or keep stock; your splashback is made just for you with care and precision. Once your order has been checked for quality and sent out, you will get a shipping confirmation with tracking details. This way, you can track its journey to your door. Most deliveries in the UK arrive within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.

That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible non-bespoke items, such as tools, samples, standard accessories, and unopened stock. This gives you plenty of time to decide if your Creoglass product is the right fit for your home.

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Products

Because of their custom nature, bespoke or made-to-measure items, including coloured or printed glass and any product made to your specifications, cannot be returned for change of mind.

Orders for these custom products can only be canceled before production starts. Once your order is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.
