A Programme-Critical Commercial Mirror Package
CreoGlass was appointed by Keady Procurement to complete a package of bespoke mirrors for a new development in Tunbridge Wells. The initial requirement focused on the basement gym, where a large-format mirror wall had to be surveyed, manufactured and installed within an approximately two-week programme.
The scope later expanded to include mirrors for ground-floor changing rooms and washrooms, followed by an urgent request for bronze mirrors within the restaurant and bar areas immediately before handover.
The gym installation required precise coordination around ballet-bar brackets that had already been fixed to the wall. Each mirror panel was individually measured and manufactured with minimal notch cut-outs, allowing the stainless-steel support fins to align with the mirror joints while preserving a clean, continuous appearance.

Technical Highlights
Precision Installation Under Programme Pressure
Delivering the project required more than manufacturing large mirrors. Existing fittings, limited tolerances and an accelerated construction programme demanded careful surveying, precise CNC machining and experienced installation.
Oversized Mirror Panels
The gym mirrors were manufactured in large formats to minimise visible joints while creating a clean, uninterrupted reflective wall suitable for a commercial fitness environment.
Precision CNC Notching
Stainless-steel ballet bar brackets had already been installed before the mirrors were measured. Every panel required bespoke CNC cut-outs with carefully calculated tolerances to achieve a precise fit around each support.
Installation Sequencing
Large, heavy mirror panels had to be manoeuvred between existing wall-mounted brackets without damaging either the mirrors or completed finishes. Careful installation planning ensured each panel could be positioned safely.
Rapid Project Delivery
Following completion of the gym mirrors, additional bronze mirrors were requested for the restaurant and bar shortly before handover. Survey, manufacture and installation were completed in approximately two days, helping the contractor maintain programme.
