We aim to have your order produced and ready to ship within 5 to 15 business days. Once it is produced, the shipping delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. We do not mass-produce or keep stock; your splashback is made just for you with care and precision. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Products
Because of their custom nature, bespoke or made-to-measure items, including coloured or printed glass and any product made to your specifications, cannot be returned for change of mind.
Orders for these custom products can only be canceled before production starts. Once your order is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.
