This gives you plenty of time to decide if your Creoglass product is the right fit for your home.
Because of their custom nature, bespoke or made-to-measure items, including coloured or printed glass and any product made to your specifications, cannot be returned for change of mind.
Orders for these custom products can only be canceled before production starts. Once your order is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.
