Luxury Reimagined in the Heart of London
Most luxury spaces use marble, granite, and premium fixtures. But one London penthouse changed this. CreoGlass® replaced heavy materials with digitized stone glass.
CreoGlass® partnered with Resi Hut interior design studio. This Baker Street renovation proved a new technology. It transforms interior design possibilities. The key is digitised stone-on-glass. This proprietary CreoGlass® innovation is groundbreaking.
Reception space with marble, premium finishes, and elegant furnishings. It has a unique circular layout and warm, textured walls.
Why Traditional Stone Fell Short
Image comparing the weighty elegance of real granite with the versatility of CreoGlass®’s innovative stone-on-glass solution.
The client envisioned a ceiling-clad “C” design in granite. But at three centimetres thick, the stone simply wasn’t feasible. It was too heavy for the existing plasterboard ceiling.
Traditional materials couldn’t deliver the aesthetic impact without a complete structural overhaul—reinforcing the ceiling, upgrading supports, and significantly increasing costs. This would have added months to the project timeline and restricted design flexibility.
By contrast, CreoGlass®’s stone-on-glass solution offered the same visual richness with a fraction of the weight. It allowed the design to be installed seamlessly, achieving the bold aesthetic the client desired without compromising safety or practicality.
CreoGlass®’s Digitised Stone Glass Innovation
Stone collection in various colors is highlighted. Verde Esmeralda and Lemurian Blue are distinctive shades. CreoGlass® creates stunning visual replicas of natural stone. High-resolution photographs are digitized. They are printed onto low-iron toughened glass.
CreoGlass® digitised high-resolution photographs of real stone textures. They printed them onto low-iron toughened glass. Specialised colour-layering techniques were used.
The result? A flawless visual replica of natural stone—at a fraction of the weight.

Engineering and Aesthetic Mastery in the Wine Cellar
A close-up photo of the wine wall installation featuring vibrant glass panels with striking green, orange, and earthy tones. The wall includes sleek, black wine pegs and integrated lighting that enhances the colors and depth of the glass surface. A technician is seen making adjustments, ensuring precise alignment and flawless integration.
A wine wall originally intended to hold 32 bottles was upgraded to 80, creating a dangerous forward load. Real stone couldn’t support it without extensive bracing.
This modern lounge breaks traditional luxury design rules. A vivid CreoGlass® installation is the heart of the space. It is an illuminated glass wall panel. It bursts with green, amber, and copper tones. It draws the eye and redefines the room. Stone or canvas is replaced. A dynamic digital centerpiece is used.
CreoGlass® engineered a laminated solution: two sheets of 6mm toughened glass sandwiching a printed interlayer. The installation delivered:
- Structural safety
- Optical translucency
- Visual richness of Lemurian blue granite
Advanced Colour Manipulation Meets Interior Strategy
A side-by-side comparison shows two stones. The original Lemurian Blue stone is on the left. A digitally enhanced green-toned version is on the right. Color transformation dramatically changes the stone's visual impact.
CreoGlass® used their proprietary stone database. They digitally altered the Lemurian blue granite. Its color palette became an emerald-green tone. This aligned perfectly with the flat’s design.
They separated the image into 12 colour layers, enabling granular tone adjustments without distorting natural textures.
“We didn’t just recreate stone—we made it better, and made it speak to the space,” said a CreoGlass® designer.
Breakthrough Solutions in Bathroom Installations
Installed glass panels are in a shower enclosure. They feature vibrant backlit designs. Fully illuminated, immersive designs are used. Lemurian Blue is for the master en-suite. Patagonia Green is for the guest shower. Glass art adapts to tight, enclosed spaces. Rich color effects come from integrated lighting.
Bathrooms presented the biggest structural challenge. Full-height illuminated panels needed to fit. Only 20mm of space was available. This depth was too shallow for conventional materials. It was also too shallow for standard LED systems.
CreoGlass® used acrylic light sheets. They were only 8–11mm thick. These combined with water-resistant glass. Gold-plated fittings were also used. This created immersive shower enclosures.
- Lemurian Blue (master en-suite)
- Patagonia Green (guest shower)
The result? Spa-grade elegance with zero compromises.
Images show an elegant bathroom. It features a large CreoGlass® wall. A luxurious bathtub is also visible. It showcases advanced materials for an immersive experience. The design highlights a structural challenge. Full-height illuminated panels fit a shallow 20mm depth. Unconventional materials and LED systems were used.
Structural Brilliance in the Bedroom Feature Wall
The master bedroom’s centrepiece is a breathtaking wall. It is a backlit Lemurian blue stone wall. It measures 2.6m by 1.2m. Brass subframing was chosen instead of aluminum. This was due to the stone’s significant weight. It provides technical strength and aesthetic harmony. It complements golden tones throughout the space. It’s a fusion of design precision and artistic engineering.
The master bedroom’s centrepiece was a backlit Lemurian blue wall measuring 2.6m by 1.2m. Due to its size and weight, aluminium subframing was ruled out.
Brass was chosen instead, ensuring long-term durability while blending seamlessly with the golden décor palette.
This isn’t just design—it’s engineering with an artist’s touch.
The Real Cost of Luxury Reimagined
The Baker Street project proved that bespoke glass can outperform traditional stone in:
- Weight savings
- Structural integrity
- Installation speed
- Overall cost
With no need for additional reinforcement or multiple subcontractors, the project’s timeline was significantly compressed.
Beyond Aesthetics: Simpler Project Management
An interior designer finalizes a design concept with precise hand-drawn sketches, blending creative vision with technical mastery. The sketch captures structural elements in glass, reflecting the clarity and refinement central to the final design.
Having a single supplier—CreoGlass®—for all eight installations meant:
- Clear accountability
- Consistent material finishes
- Fewer on-site errors
Interior designers and contractors reported smoother workflows and reduced project risks.

This technology isn’t just for high-end flats. It’s a game-changer for:
- Hospitality spaces needing backlit feature walls
- Retail environments requiring durable, beautiful finishes
- Commercial architecture looking for weight-efficient luxury
